1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing or using SimplePost, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase or use our products.
2. Product Description
SimplePost is a TypeScript library sold as source code through a private GitHub repository. The product enables developers to post content to various social media platforms through a unified API interface.
3. License Grant
Upon purchase, you are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive license to:
- Use the SimplePost library in unlimited personal and commercial projects
- Modify the source code to suit your needs
- Deploy the library on unlimited servers and environments
You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the source code
- Share access to the private GitHub repository with others
- Use the product to create a competing product or service
4. Delivery
After successful payment, you will be invited to a private GitHub repository using the GitHub username you provide. Access is typically granted within 24-48 hours of purchase. For Premium tier purchases, early access is provided immediately.
5. Updates
Base tier includes one year of updates from the date of purchase. Premium tier includes lifetime updates. Updates are delivered through the private GitHub repository.
6. Payment
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in USD unless otherwise specified. The purchase is a one-time payment with no recurring fees.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the product and immediate access to source code, we generally do not offer refunds after repository access has been granted. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the product, please contact us at support@simplepost.dev and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
8. Third-Party APIs
SimplePost integrates with various third-party social media platforms. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of each platform you use. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs that may affect the functionality of the library.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
SimplePost is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the product will be error-free or uninterrupted. You use the product at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SimplePost or its creator be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the product. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the product after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
